Hiking in Niseko: Mt Annupuri to Shinsen-numa Marsh

From mid July to mid October, Annupuri ski area’s main gondola (アンヌプリサマーゴンドラ) takes you up to 1000m for the observation deck. From where, it is an hour trek to the summit at 1308m Niseko Annupuri (ニセコアンヌプリ) with magnificent views of Yotei-zan and the ocean. From here, you can catch the Hirafu Gondola (ヒラフサマーゴンドラ: return tickets can be used on both gondolas) or climb down to Goshiki Onsen (70min).

From June to October, get out and stride the perfect hiking trails, such as Numa-meguri Course (沼めぐりコース) between Goshiki Onsen (五色温泉) and Shinsen-numa (3hrs) linking picturesque marshes.
