Old Otaru District Meeting Hall: With a historic Noh stage

Located north side of Otaru Park, the 1911 wooden Japanese-style meeting hall (Otaru Kokaido: 旧小樽区公会堂) was built as the Crown Prince’s guest house.

It also has a relocated open-air Okazaki Noh Stage (旧岡崎家能舞台: Jun-Sep) constructed in 1926.
