Buses and trains from Korsakov to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk

Korsakov Port (Порт Корсаков) is about 2km south of Lenina Square in the city center.

BUS

Korsakov’s main bus stop, Pyat Uglov (Пять Углов - Five Corners), is only a 5-minute walk north of the ferry terminal facing the market. Bus 115 leaves for Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (1hr; ₽135) every 15 minutes until 10.10pm, via Kinoteatr Soyuz (Кинотеатр Союз) and Magnit (Магнит) supermarket.

TRAIN

The coastal railway line starts from Pyat Uglov (Пять Углов) Station in Korsakov and heading north to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (3 daily; 1hr; ₽74). Buy tickets onboard.
